Your content is never used to train models. You can export everything and delete everything. It reads only what’s in your workspace.

We don’t claim badges we don’t hold.

What we collect, and why

The waitlist keeps what you typed into it: your name, your email, what you do, your team size and who the marketing is for. You gave it to us by filling the form in, and we use it to invite people in batches and for nothing else — the invite, and one email the morning the door opens. Nothing else is sent to that address without asking you first.

An order keeps your email, the brand’s name, and the workspace it creates. We hold those because you asked us to run the service for you. The card goes to the payment provider; we never see the number.

The taste reads public pages of a site you paste, once. It keeps nothing past the session except the domain — and only if you order, so the foundation conversation can offer it back to you.

Cookies

The site sets no marketing or tracking cookies, and analytics here don’t use cookies or follow you to other sites — which is why there’s no cookie banner to click. Signing in to the product sets the one cookie that keeps you signed in.

Your rights

Wherever you are — and specifically under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the CCPA — you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere. Email privacy@gatefold.ai and it will be handled by a person. If you’re on the waitlist and want off, the same address works.

We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t share it for cross-context advertising. There is nothing here to opt out of.

Where it lives

Data is stored with the infrastructure providers named in the Terms, under agreements that meet EU and UK transfer rules. We keep waitlist rows until the list closes, and account data for as long as the account exists plus what the law asks.
